They represent something special to our customers, so there’s a responsibility for us to act accordingly.” With these admonitions in mind, a steering committee of business, marketing, and IT professionals crafted an exhaustively researched plan to restructure the loyalty program in ways that would deliver new benefits to travelers and address the airline’s transformation over the last two decades.
